Valya Hotel, Ipoh

This review for Family premier room with 2 double bed.... Service - for check in have 2 counter but during the visit, only one counter available where another counter seem have 2 people but seems busy... So need to wait for my turn... Never asked or called service desk during the visit, so not sure on the service... The service desk called my room to tell it is check out time... Room - Really clean and all the things you need is available inside the room including iron, TV, small fridge, one seater sofa, table chair, kettle and etc... Bathroom - all good except the drain at the shower not proper drain the water where when shower, the floor full of water...

We are repeat guests as the Valya hotel in Ipoh, its all about location and good service, reasonable cost..staffs always excellent, we never had a problem communication, and access to the rest of the town from train station to hotel is easy by taxi and walking distance from bus station to hotel and we always being grateful for their commitment to excellence service they provided, we look forward to staying with you again soon.

my go to place everytime i went back to visit my parents in Meru Ipoh. Very close to Mydin and lots of eating places so its big thumbs up for me. facilities are well taken care of and staff was really responsible.

the first room given to us was having trouble with the lights & small in size. however when we reported the issues to the reception about the problem, the staff immediately came and gave us another room which is bigger then the first one.
